To schedule an appointment, click our “Appointments” tab. You will need the last 6 digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to proceed.

We do not offer same-day property appointments. First available times will be displayed. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment the day before. The confirmation will confirm fees (if applicable) as well as the address.

The vehicle is taken to one of our secure storage facilities and held until further notice from the lien holder. Please contact your lien holder with questions related to your vehicle.

No, you will not be seen without a scheduled appointment. Appointments are a requirement, and you can schedule one by clicking the book appointment link at the top of this page. Please do not schedule an appointment to redeem your vehicle until you have confirmation from your lienholder that they have sent the proper release documentation.

We provide a 10 minute grace period. Past 10 minutes, you will need to reschedule.

Your lien holder does require that we clean vehicles out of all property. We cannot store any perishable food, flammable liquids, or illegal drugs. Those items will not be returned. Anything mounted, bolted or attached to a vehicle must remain with the vehicle. You will not be given access to your vehicle.

A valid photo ID, payment if fees are due, and keys for vehicle redemption. You must be listed as the owner or a representative of the owner on the redemption/property release documents provided by the lien-holder. (No Exceptions)

Yes, it’s mandatory that you bring the keys when you pick up your personal belongings.
